I'm unsure when to replace it.

It's supposed to have antibacterial, deodorizing, and odor-eliminating functions, and the design is simple and nice, so I thought I'd buy it, and it's been about three years since then. It's so durable that I can't decide when to replace it, even though I wash it vigorously.
